Recently, I have returned to painting and switched from still life to landscape. I love trying to capture a moment of time and look for compositions in landscape where I can accentuate some subtle beauty. I like making bold varying brushmarks and I try to suggest rather than explain, which is so very hard! (So much harder than I realized!) I learn with every piece and am excited for what's to come.
